Sandra Fluke’s website – email to Rush

Mar.07, 2012 in Uncategorized Leave a Comment

I emailed Rush Limbaugh several times over the past few days asking him if his apology was sincere to state my true position on birth control and what I was really saying at the hearing. He has yet to respond and has said nothing on the air. He is well aware of my positions and chose to distort them as he does almost everything he talks about on his program. He takes facts and twists them to manipulate his followers into doing what he wants. He tries to sway votes and sway opinion, what radio or television host doesn’t. In Rush’s case he twists and bends the truth into an outright lie, there is no truth left in anything he says. If Rush would of come forward and admitted he knew my true position and was truly sorry then I would of accepted it, however he has chosen not to and now I will continue my campaign to silence him.

Many other radio personalities have expressed that I am trying to stifle the First Ammendment. Sean Hannity and Mike Gallagher have said why haven’t I said anything about Sarah Palin being called names by Bill Maher or why not mention what Mike Malloy said about the tornadoe victims. For one I am not the press and that is their job to report on these matters. Although I do condemn the remarks made by the before mentioned scumbags I am defending myself. Something Sarah Palin is more than capable of doing for herself. I will not sit by idly while some vile creature like Limbaugh insults and slanders me on National radio. For one who has ever heard of Mike Malloy his listener base is problably a tenth of Limbaugh’s. As for Bill Maher he is on HBO a pay per view service and if people do not want to listen they do not have to. He barely makes any headlines at all and is mostly considered a joke, and his political commentary is on par with a first graders at best.

Sean Hannity and the rest of the bunch are merely trying to protect Rush by using the First Ammendment as a front. They ask where are all of the liberals when Maher made his comments why not the backlash like Rush is getting, well I think it is obvious. Rush is the biggest name and when the biggest name does what Rush has done the press is going to run with it. You know this Hannity so stop the games, stop playing stupid if indeed you are playing stupid and not actually that stupid. As for Mike Gallagher I like him I like his show and he knows all to well why the media chose Rush and not the rest. For one Mike nobody even knows who Mike Malloy is so how are they going to know what he said on his small market show? They know now because of your soundbites you played over and over in between your moaning and groaning about your spoiled dog that you inhumanely attached a shock collar to and placed a webcam so you can watch the poor pooch jump three feet in the air upon getting shocked. See you abuse your dog on National radio and not one sole has spoken of that either. Does Sean Hannity and Mike Gallagher agree with Rush? Are their views aimilar to his behind closed doors? Up to you to decide.

Lynn,

Thank you for being there for us. As an Aggie it is nice to know there is at least one logical longhorn representing the 40 acres.

Curious of you thoughts on this?

Mr. Woolley ,
As to chanting USA racist? We're done. I agree. Maybe we just need to deport all illegals and be done with it.

Hello,

For those of us before the 2008 election we knew the consequences of not
fully vetting a candidate for President of the US. We knew better.

Why is everyone silent on this issue? It`s an election year, for pete`s sake.

Hey yall, someone is trying to erase the truth...

What happened at Alamo Heights High School is racist and as conservatives we should not defend it.

Americans cannot be recognized by their skin color.

A couple of days ago two high school basketball teams made up of Americans walked onto a court. One team was brown, one team was white.

The brown team was not carrying or playing for any foreign flag, they were not chanting or playing for any foreign nation. They were playing basketball for the Thomas Edison Golden Bears. That day the Golden Bears would lose 39 to 50. I’ve been around sports all my life and there are many ways to taunt the other team. You can shake your keys at them, you can sing hey, hey goodbye at them , you can steal their mascot and call their cheerleaders ugly. I really don’t care. In this game the winning team decided to chant USA! USA! USA!

One of my literary heroes, author, and great American Lewis Grizzard tells a story about his father taking him to baseball games. His father was a veteran of the Korean War, according Lewis his father had a beautiful baritone voice that he would use to sing our national anthem at these games, beautifully and apparently loudly because it embarrassed young Lewis. One time at a game he told his father “Daddy it embarrasses me when you sing that song so loud in front of all these people.”. “Son, it embarrasses me when you don’t.” His dad told him.

I tell these two stories to try and make a point to my fellow conservatives. One of these stories is an example of patriotism. The other is an example of racism.

My father, my mother, my wife are legal immigrants to this wonderful country. All three of these people decided to become Americans, something that unlike in any other country is only possible here. They became Americans the hard way. They weren’t blessed to get here the easy way, birth. No, it cost thousands of dollars and many years to achieve this. After they obeyed every immigration law and paid every fee there was only one thing left to do. They each had to swear an oath to this great country in front of almighty God that if called upon they would pick up a rifle to defend it. They did it with no hesitation. None. How many Americans can say they have made that promise? Legal immigrants can.

When the first Iraq war was beginning and the buzz was that Saddam Hussein had one of the largest armies in the world. I remember that a radio station was asking for prayers for our troops and began to play Lee Greenwood’s song, you know the one. I drove right to the recruiting station. I was intercepted by a co-worker that was a veteran of Vietnam. He told me not to be stupid because this thing was gonna be over by the weekend and I would owe the government four years of my life. Pretty much he was right. But either way I was ready.

Picture my family and me in Golden Bears Uniforms. Picture the mostly white crowd chanting USA! USA! USA! AT us. Not with us. AT us.

If we are to say that it is never wrong to chant USA! USA! USA! I would agree, and have done so on many occasions. That’s patriotic.

If we are to say that it is always ok to chant USA! USA! USA! AT another American just because their skin happens to be a different color? That’s Racist.

We conservatives don’t divide Americans by color or anything else. Let the liberals do that, our finger must be clean when we point out their racism.

Oh look, our Olympic team will be competing in London this summer. USA! USA! USA!

Mr. Woolley,
I wrote you earlier about the USA chant. I do believe we could deport most our illegals easily without going door to door. First secure the border.

Than when illegals come in contact w/ law enforcement, ask for assistance, go to hospital , reg for school whatever detain them quickly determine if there citizens or not deport them. Send the bill to their home country. Confiscate & sell any property they acquired in our country illegally.

If they must intrepid out constitution wrong on birth right citizenship it's simple. Choice give up kids US citizenship. Or give kid up for adoption.

And we need too have substantial fines for employers hiring illegals. I may be harsh but this is the USA. I'm all for legal immigration. But they must be legal and assimilate. English should also be the legal and ONLY language for government. All official US business in English inclining citizenship tests, swearing in & elections. Only. Spanish signs at deportation point. & private Business, homes ect I don't care just don't ask tax payers to fund it.

Michael Roesner <mlroesner@gmail.com>

I have been thinking about this for over a year and think this may be the only way to balance the budget. Use a payment order. I may have forgotten some details, but the basic layout is easy to follow. Please apply your logic and lets see if we can get this moving.

Gig'em,
Michael

===============

Public Servants Bill

Premise
The federal budget will be paid out in the Payment order provided below, when the money runs out those people, services or programs do not get paid. If the budget balances everything is paid.

Basic Provisions
1) Taxes will not be raised unless the current tax system is scrapped and the income tax changed to FAIR or Flat tax along with IRS modification (see below).
2) Term limits of 1 term for the next 20 years.
3) Benefits for Federal servants will be the same as any citizen.
4) Congressional pay will be generous at the current rate, but raises will be voted on by citizens.
5) All Bills, Laws, Regulations must be checked for Constitutionality.
6) Remove or Defund the following departments in the following order:
a) IRS will be retooled to audit the Federal Government (the spenders/wasters not those that pay).
b) Medicaid only at state level
c) EPA
d) Education
e) Energy
f) Labor
g) Commerce
h) Interior
i) HUD
j) Transportation

Payment order
1) Active Military (They protect us)
2) Military Veterans (They protected us)
3) Essential Federal Services (Air Traffic, Border Patrol, Secret service, FBI)
4) Social Security & Medicare (Keep your promise, but punish those who waste)
5) Defense of our nation (after waste is found and removed, fund the rest)
6) National Debt payments (those who took the money must pay it back before they get paid)
7) Representatives, Senators, & President (Public servants can serve without a staff unless paid for out of their pocket)
8) Staff for the Representatives, Senators, President (Public servants will have their own servants provided if money is available)
9) Non-essential Federal Services after serious auditing (Franking privileges, Travel expenses, Unemployment, Welfare, Food stamps)
* I would try hard to balance the budget or #9 with the Unemployed, Welfare and Food Stamp folks will riot.

Pat Robertson does not speak for all Christians
To the Editor:
I read with dismay that Pat Robertson has endorsed the legalization of marijuana.
Being a Christian and a former state and federal drug prosecutor, I take issue with Robertson’s stance on the legalization of marijuana. I disagree with Robertson that the war on drugs costs too much money. While no war should be taken on without considering the costs of that war, we must consider what is at stake if we do not fight the war on drugs. During my experience as a prosecutor, I have not encountered anyone whose success in life was enhanced by the use of marijuana or any other recreational drug. On the other hand, I have encountered hundreds whose lives were decimated by the use of marijuana.

Mr. Robertson has fought bravely for many years for the hearts and lives of the families of America. Perhaps at age 81 he is too fatigued by the battle to see that the battle has not been lost but is still on going and is worth continuing the fight.
Mr. Robertson, if you are tired of fighting on behalf of our children, our families, and our country, hand someone else your sword and let them carry on the battle to the enemy!

Please notice the quote marks and read exactly what Santorum has said in his own words. Besides saying that he would consider Newt for Vice-President, Santorum also addresses the Obama/gasoline problem and tells how he would get rid of ObamaCare. I really like the way Santorum makes it clear that electing another moderate as President would lead to the same results we had with McCain, Dole, and Gerald Ford – defeat! – Donna Garner]

Santorum to Newsmax: I'd Consider Gingrich for VP
Thursday, 08 Mar 2012 06:28 PM
By Martin Gould and Ashley Martella

Saying he'd look for a "strong and principled conservative" as a running mate should he win the Republican presidential nomination, former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum tells Newsmax that he certainly would consider rival Newt Gingrich for that vital role.

When asked if he would consider the former House Speaker as number two on his ticket, Santorum said Gingrich had been "tested" by the bruising GOP race and that makes him an attractive vice presidential candidate.

Santorum tells Newsmax that his choice would be a core conservative who is “willing to stand up and fight for the things that I believe in.”

“My principal and only criterion for vice president is to make sure that I have someone that I have confidence that if something should happen to me that they could carry on and do what I promised the people of America I would try to do,” he said.

Gingrich would seem to fit the bill more than any of the other candidates. He and Santorum have been battling for the same voters on the right of the party as they try to defeat front-runner Mitt Romney.

Santorum said the GOP only has to look to history to see that conservative candidates do better in general elections that do moderates.

“If we have another moderate Republican we are going to end up with the same situation we had four years ago,” he said, referring to John McCain’s loss to Barack Obama. “We’ll have the same situation we had with Bob Dole and the same situation we had with Gerry Ford.

“You go back. If we nominate conservatives we win. If we nominate moderates we lose. We can’t afford to lose this one.”

Santorum said he is not worried that the latest Rasmussen Reports poll gives Mitt Romney a double-digit lead over him, going into Saturday’s caucuses in Kansas and next week’s primaries in Alabama and Mississippi.

“Three weeks ago I had a double-digit lead and before that he had a double-digit lead and before that Newt Gingrich had a double-digit lead,” he pointed out. “This is an ebb-and-flow campaign.”

He said that Romney has spent some $65 million so far and has had a super PAC spend almost as much, while he only put some $6 million into his campaign.

“The fact that he hasn’t been able to close the deal and get this nomination behind him, that we are very much alive and well and have an opportunity to win this race, is a testament that money does not buy this election.

“Ideas and vision will not just win the primary but more importantly it’s the only chance we have to win the general election,” Santorum added.

The GOP has to nominate “someone who has convictions, someone who tells the truth to the American public, someone who goes out there and lives what he says he is going to do and follows through and has the courage of his convictions and can create a clear contrast with President Obama," he said.

“I do that. Gov. Romney, in all fairness, is simply not measuring up. The people of America are beginning to see that and that is why we have the opportunity we do.”

Santorum said he is “very hopeful” that he will win Kansas and that he will at least beat Gingrich in the two Deep South states, proving he is the conservative alternative to Romney.

Santorum said Obama’s energy policies are one of the main issues that are preventing the nation getting below 8 percent unemployment. “It can be summed up in two letters,” he said. “N-O.

“We have literally 60 billion barrels of gas and oil off the coasts of this country and this administration is saying, ‘No, we are not going to go there.’ Shutting down federal lands for good, not voting the Keystone pipeline, not opening up Alaska – all of that is driving up energy prices, which is slowing down this economy and crushing it with a high-energy cost burden.”

The former senator from Pennsylvania said he would repeal costly regulations on businesses and simplify the tax system, and that too would add jobs.

“I would cut the corporate rate of tax to zero and say to every manufacturer not just in this country but around the world, bring your business here; expand your business because we want to make things here in America again.”

He also made it clear that he is vehemently opposed to forcing religious institutions to have health insurance plans that cover contraception.

“It’s bad enough to impose a new rule making everybody buy insurance but the idea that they are going to force people to buy insurance on products that they have moral objections to is truly government run amok," he explained.

And Santorum said that if there is enough GOP support in November to elect him, then the party can get at least 50 seats in the Senate.

"We’ll have the wherewithal to be able to strip all the funding and fines and fees out of Obamacare and make it basically a dead letter,” he vowed.

“That can be accomplished within a few months.”

To Whom It May Concern (and who are not intellectually lazy):

Please click on this link below and carefully study how and why the U.S. Supreme Court's legal definition of "Natural Born Citizen" (See MINOR V. HAPPERSETT (88 U.S 162 at 167/168) which is a requirement imposed by the U.S. Constitution (Article II, Section I, Clause V) in order to qualify for the Presidency of the United States, was hidden by the OBAMA supporters. It is still the law of the land (BTW: It was decided AFTER the passage of the 14th Amendment.)

Note: Most Americans unfortunately believe the LEFT's propaganda that the 14th Amendment did away with this requirement but all it takes is to actually read the text of this Amendment and one will see that it does not address Article II at all. Any competent attorney (and I am a retired attorney) can explain this issue if required.

Lynn, 3-10-12

Thanks, Lynn, for your time. Say a prayer for me. I've been silent for three years, with a fire burning in me. It just doesn't seem like a time to play it safe anymore, which of course means it's dangerous. Dietrich Bonhoeffer is my hero, along with my dad---both martyrs for their spiritual stand which they did not keep to themselves in the public arena.

God Bless You, Lynn, and give you courage. We're coming down to the wire, and it's not just the election. I know you're busy, and so am I, but I expect I'll keep writing now. I respect your opinion and advice, and you are welcome to use anything I write.

From TALKERS:

The organization co-founded by Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda and Robin Morgan is using the Rush Limbaugh controversy to call to arms like-minded activists to petition the FCC to take Limbaugh off the air. In an op-ed piece on CNN.com, the group reasons that Limbaugh – through his language and political opinions – is a purveyor of “hate speech” and therefore is not acting in the public interest. The group is suggesting the stations whose licenses are up for renewal that carry Limbaugh’s program are not serving the “public interest” and need either pull the show or not have their licenses renewed. The groups state in the piece, “This isn't political. While we disagree with Limbaugh's politics, what's at stake is the fallout of a society tolerating toxic, hate-inciting speech. For 20 years, Limbaugh has hidden behind the First Amendment, or else claimed he's really "doing humor" or "entertainment." He is indeed constitutionally entitled to his opinions, but he is not constitutionally entitled to the people's airways.” It’s hard to tell what the motive here is – beyond polemicizing – since the FCC does not deal with issues of content in this way during the license renewal process.
