MESSAGE FROM LYNN:  Everybody likes to be right.  But this time, I wish I hadn't been.  For months, I've warned that Obamacare would likely be upheld and that Roberts could be the swing vote.  The only thing that surprised me was the switching of the individual mandate to a tax - by Roberts.  This is, of course, constitutional bunk -- but there is no higher court to visit.  Now, it comes down to the election.

HOUR #1:  Hey! It's a tax!  THE 2012 election has a new #1 issue.  Now it is Obamacare/Economy/Immigration -- in that order.  Hospital stocks jump after ruling.  DID ANYONE NOTICE?  House find HOLDER in contempt.  Ooops.  Look for FAST & FURIOUS to be dead as political issue.  MEXICO ELECTION:  Drug Cartels donating to all candidates.

HOUR #2:  FOX and CNN get it wrong and have to backtrack!   Obama spikes the football - says time to move on.  WHAT WOULD RONALD REAGAN SAY?  --We've got the answer!  Erick Erickson tries to spin for ROBERTS -- must conservative not buying it. Move over GREECE -- we're aiming to join ya!
